Carbon Fiber

2x2 Twill weave Carbon Fiber, 200gsm, 42% AX-5201XL Resin by weight

Standard strength and stiffness Carbon with excellent surface finish with flexible cure temps.

Plain weave T700S-12K-50C Carbon Fiber, 190gsm, 42% #2510 Resin by weight

High strength aerospace workhorse material with public A-Basis design allowables data.

2x2 Twill weave IM7 Carbon Fiber, 200gsm, 42% MTC400-1 Resin by weight

Higher Strength, higher modulus carbon. Very good all around performance for demanding applications. Flexible cure temps and ability to post cure up to 355F.

Unidirectional IM7-6K Carbon Fiber, 145gsm, 35% MTC400-1 Resin by weight

Higher Strength, higher modulus carbon. Very good all around performance for demanding applications. Flexible cure temps and ability to post cure up to 355F.

Fiberglass

8HS weave S2-Glass (6781), 300gsm, 40% MTC400-1 Resin by weight

High strength “S2” glass is a workhorse aerospace material. Flexible cure temperatures and durations with a 355F post cure available.

Plain weave E-Glass (1080), 48gsm, Dry

Super thin glass used only as a single layer for galvanic or electrical isolation. Must be used in combination with prepreg of >38% Resin.

Core

Rohacell 51 IG-F

⅛”, ¼”, ½”, ¾”, and 1” thicknesses

Nomex Honeycomb, 3.0pcf

¼” and ½” thicknesses
